This allows the Fundación to have better collecting controls and to reapply the funds in new houses for other families that require solving their housing problem.
Our alliance with rural organizations has been very important for the Fundación, since it reduces the administrative expenses and it can get a better presence of the institution in the rural areas, making easier the access of the information to our clients.
In relation to the collection of the monthly payments, even when the Fundación has its own building in San José, its clients can make these procedures directly in their communities through the rural organization or they have the choice to make their monthly payments through 141 agencies of one of the more solid Banks of the country, since there is an strategic alliance between both organizations.
